Charges to a member's credit card occur at approx. 7:00a.m.(Japan time) after 30days of previous membership charge. In order to withdraw your membership, please follow the procedure for "membership withdrawal".
Once a member withdraws his/her membership, membership fees will no longer be charged. Please note: Password and login ID will become invalid at the time a member withdraws his/her membership.

Due to scheduled maitenance, the payment system is unavailable every Monday and Thursday (except Japanese holidays) at 10:00 a.m. Japan Time for approximately 30min. Please avoid these periods.

Membership Withdrawal
To withdraw your membership, you will require the login ID and password that were issued to you at the time of your registration. Please note that your login ID and password become invalid as soon as you finish the withdrawal process.
